Fundraising & Volunteering

As a non-profit club, we rely heavily on fundraising to support our program. Each season we ask our players to participate in our efforts so that we can continue to provide the best experience possible, while also keeping our season fees reasonable. 

Tartan Juniors Throwdowns

We are hosting four Throwdowns this season, and ask that each player and one parent or legal guardian sign up for 2 shifts per season for a total of four shift worked per household each season. 

Most shifts are 2 hours long and can be managed by the player alone, however some shifts require working with food or money, so we do ask that you consider your players skillset when signing them up. 

Players will also be responsible for set up or tear down of the tournament they are participating in. This shift is not optional and must be attended by every player. 

Players and parents should not sign up for any shifts during a Throwdown that your team is competing in. 

Kwik Trip Car Wash Cards

We are partnering with Kwik Trip for our 2023-24 season fundraiser! These Ultimate Car Wash Cards are preloaded with 5 washes-a $50.00 value for $36.00 each! 

Players were given an order form to bring home on December 21st and have until January 11th to sell at least 5 cards each. We will collect all order forms and payment at practice on January 11th. The cards will be distributed via their coaches about two weeks after forms are collected.

Players may opt out of the fundraiser by turning in a check or cash donation of $80.00. Players are also encouraged to collect cash donations in lieu of selling cards.
