We believe that the organization is it's best when it is being run by the people who are actively a part of the club. We currently have several open positions. Officer positions require a minimum of a one year commitment, but some may require more. Officer positions are considered board positions and offer a track Director. Directors hold a voting seat on the board while officers do not.

Volunteer Coordinator: Each season we host several full day tournaments that require a full staff of volunteers. This person serves as the point person for our volunteers managing shift sign up, check in and tracking fullfillment of volunteer hours for both parents and players. Additionally, all communication between the organization volunteers would go through our VC. 

This position is considered an Officer position with a seasonal commitment. 

Communications Officer: Our communications role is the voice of our club!  This role is responsible for drafting and sending all written communication for the organization. We use Google Workplace, so being comfortable with Google Docs and Gmail is a must. We also utilize Facebook, Instagram and Remind as modes of communication with our players and parents and at times need to communicate last minute changes to practice venues or weather closures therefore flexibility and availability is pertinent to this role. 

This position is an Officer position with a two year commitment.


Fundraiser Coordinator: This position works closely with our Fundraising Officer to manage the fundraiser sales each season. Duties include; advertising volunteer opportunities for the fundraiser, sales and delivery time of items. Assist in collecting order forms from players, and manage the delivery and distribution of fundraiser items.

This is a contracted position that pays $250.00 for the season.


Concessions Manager: Our concessions stand is one of our biggest fundraising venues of the season, and offers many items for sale each tournament we host. This position would work directly with the President of the organization to develop our concessions plan for the season, shop for supplies, manage inventory, work with outside vendors to place orders for hot food items for each tournament, and oversee the concessions stand volunteers at each throwdown. 

This is a contracted position that pays $500.00 for the season.
